The operating system for local service businesses
Post-product, pre-revenue. Built and battle-tested on a real New York studio for 34 months before going to market.
Honest stage disclosure: InkedCore currently has zero third-party SaaS revenue. Every number on this page is measured from our production systems — not projected — unless explicitly marked [projection].

Why InkedCore
One platform, many verticals
A single codebase serves tattoo studios, gyms, restaurants, and B2B supply today, with additional vertical kits already built (barbershop, beauty, martial arts, field services, retail, offices, gaming). Modules are shared; each vertical activates its own kit.
Measured vertical velocity
Because verticals are module kits over a shared core, standing up a new vertical has taken days — not quarters — in measured internal builds. 45 kits are provisioned in production infrastructure today.
Multi-tenant isolation by default
Row-level security is enforced on 891 of 892 database tables (99.9%), with multi-factor authentication, audit logging, and per-tenant data scoping across every module.
Anti-commission business model
Flat monthly pricing per location. No per-seat fees and 0% booking or marketplace commissions — a direct wedge against incumbents that charge per seat, per contact, or per new client.
Engineering depth, measured
Every figure below is measured directly from our repository and production database (as of July 2026), and re-measured before any diligence conversation.

Engineering replacement cost
Independent COCOMO II modeling estimates rebuilding this platform from scratch at US$5.6M–6.7M. This is an engineering replacement-cost floor — not a market valuation.
Market discipline
We size markets bottom-up, not by quoting sector totals. The US tattoo wedge alone: an estimated 24,000–26,000 studios and a ~US$1.3B services market growing 8–11% annually — before expanding into beauty, fitness, and food service with the kits already built.
Roadmap
Sequenced in waves. Items marked [projection] are plans, not results.
First external customers
Convert the proven single-studio operation into the first paying customers in New York (tattoo wedge), with the funnel and onboarding already built. [projection]
Multi-vertical expansion
Activate the built kits (barbershop, beauty, fitness, restaurant) for early-access customers, reusing the same core platform. [projection]
B2B supply network
Scale the supply marketplace (Net-30 ordering, cross-tenant demand signals) connecting studios with distributors. [projection]
